    here are two ways to see it……
    If you are a young guy, it is perfectly normal to try on women’s thongs and underwear there is nothing wrong with that and creates a certain arousal and could lead to masturbation. This could be a fetish for women’s underwear which is perfectly normal even if it is your sisters. Dont think of telling ur sister though.
    If you are an older guy, then its just wrong.

    A lot of males find it arousing to wear female clothing. However there are hygiene problems – this is disrespectful to your sister. She would probably be upset if you told her, so it’s best not to.

    What you really need is some female clothing to keep for your own use. Would your sister be willing to buy some for you, if you explained your feelings? That depends very much on the relationship between you. If not, there’s no law against you buying things yourself – you could say you’re doing it for a dare? Most likely nobody will even ask. Or is mail-order possible?

    It is completely WRONG to mastubate in your sisters underwear… When she puts on her underwear the sperm will be very very close to her Vagina. If she sat down or did something to push the sperm closer some could enter and meet with her egg and result in an in-breed pegnancy… I suggest taking all her underwear and washing them with hot water ( in the washing machine ) twice.
